About Çisem Altundemir

Çisem Altundemir is a counsel specialising in corporate law, M&A, employment law, insurance and private equity, with a focus on the manufacturing, retail, insurance and energy sectors. She advises clients in corporate governance matters, including but not limited to organising general assemblies and board meetings, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and the appointment of managers. Çisem also advises local and multinational clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and company formations, and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, share transfer agreements and shareholders’ agreements. She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and is fluent in English and French.
