About Pilar Santillán Meza

Pilar Santillán Meza is a partner at Thorne, Echeandía & Lema Abogados, leading its tax practice, providing legal services on corporate tax, tax controversy, intercompany advisory, transfer pricing, and local and international transactions. She graduated with Honours from the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Tax Law from Yale Law School, and graduated from the International Tax Programme at Harvard Law School. Pilar is a professor of Income Tax and VAT at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a former professor of Tax Law at Universidad del Pacifico and of International Corporate Tax Law at Universidad ESAN.
