About Rodrigo Varillas Cueto

Rodrigo Varillas Cueto is a partner in the labour law practice at Thorne, Echeandia & Lema Abogados. He provides specialist advice to companies from different economic sectors in labour law, social security, procedural litigation, and conflict resolution. Rodrigo is a lawyer from the Faculty of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Social Security from the IDEC-Universitat Pompeu Fabra. He is the author of “Licencias y Permisos Remunerados o Compensables en el Régimen de la Actividad Privada” (Pacific Institute, 2023) and several academic articles. He has been a professor at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
