About Siriwan Nopareporn

Siriwan Nopareporn is a counsel at SCL Nishimura & Asahi, Bangkok, specialising in competition and antitrust law. She was named an “Associate to Watch” in Competition/Antitrust by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2025 and 2026 and is a pioneer in developing Thailand’s competition law practice. Siriwan advises domestic and international clients on complex competition matters, including merger control, abuse of dominant position, cartels, and regulatory compliance. She plays a key role in shaping trade competition regulations and regularly represents clients before the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand. Siriwan is also a distinguished speaker and part-time lecturer on competition law and contract negotiation.
