About Huang Jie
Huang Jie
has been a partner in T&C Law Firm since 2018 and specialises in securities and investment, private equity funds and dispute resolution. She acts for many state-owned enterprises and has counselled clients in a number of cases in the field of commodity trade, in addition to participating in various complex financial risk disposal projects. Huang obtained a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Peking University, and also obtained a master’s degree in European Law from Université de Paris I.
