About Shuguang Xiang

Shuguang Xiang is a partner at T&C Law Firm, where he focuses on securities issuance, M&A, private equity investment, corporate governance and commercial dispute resolution. Xiang has led numerous capital market projects, including IPOs, follow-on financings, M&A restructuring, backdoor listings, and bond issuances. He is highly experienced in handling significant corporate crises for listed companies, as well as issues involving the intersection of criminal and civil law. Xiang’s early career in the judiciary has provided him with substantial knowledge of enforcement and case adjudication. Xiang obtained his bachelor’s degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
