About Leilei Fu

Leilei Fu is a partner at Hylands whose primary practice areas include investment and financing, M&A, corporate governance, labour disputes, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and non-performing asset disposal. She has participated in numerous cross-border/domestic M&A projects, red-chip listings of domestic enterprises, and foreign direct investment projects. In her domestic practice, she provides comprehensive legal services as outside counsel to enterprises in the life sciences, computer software development and applications, and AI sectors. She has successfully handled numerous dispute resolution cases, safeguarding clients’ legal rights through judicial proceedings. She graduated from the School of Law, Tsinghua University, and the School of Foreign Languages & Literature, Shandong University.
