About Borja Martínez

Borja Martínez has more than 20 years of experience in the field of EU and competition law, and supports the energy team at Fieldfisher Spain from an antitrust and State aid law perspective. He has participated in significant cases in the energy sector, both in infringement and in merger control cases. He is regularly a public regional entity in the design and construction of State aid rules. Borja frequently participates in professional events on competition law, and lectures on different postgraduate programmes with Spanish academic institutions. Since 2018, he has been secretary and member of the board of the Spanish Association for the Defence of Competition.
