Paloma Mato has over 20 years of experience advising private equity firms and industrial investors in M&A transactions. She has advised leading private equity firms in the Spanish market, acquiring substantial knowledge of the specific needs of these types of clients and their preferred acquisition and co-investment structures. Paloma has advised in M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors, with a special focus in past years on the renewable energy sector and on the infrastructure sector, where she has advised both national developers and international investment funds in various transactions for the sale and purchase of portfolios – amounting to more than 1,000 MW sold in the transactions she has led.
