About Claire Sergaki

Claire Sergaki is a senior associate at Dryllerakis Law Firm, and has represented clients in both domestic and international arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICSID and Greek arbitration rules. She has extensive experience in handling disputes in the energy, construction and financial sectors, as well as disputes arising from concession agreements and agreements in the defence sector. Claire also represents clients in arbitration-related court proceedings (setting-aside or recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards). Before joining Dryllerakis & Associates she gained experience in international commercial and investment arbitration at leading international law firms in Paris and London.
