About Marc Ph Prinz

Marc Ph Prinz heads VISCHER's labour, employment and immigration law practice group and has many years of experience in all aspects of labour and employment as well as immigration law. His practice focuses on executive compensation and bonus plan litigation and on all employment law issues surrounding reorganisations or transactions, particularly in the context of transfers of undertakings and collective redundancies. With regard to immigration law, Marc advises national and international companies on the employment of highly qualified foreign employees. He is a member of the Zurich Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the Employment Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association.
