About Alessandro P. Giorgetti

Alessandro P. Giorgetti graduated in Private International Law from the State University of Milan in 1983. He has been enrolled in the Bar Association of Milan since 1988 as well as the Special Bar for the Supreme Court of Cassation, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Justice. Mr Giorgetti is fluent in English and French, and he is an active member of the International Bar Association, and the International Association of Defense Counsel, of which he has been an International Vice-President. Mr Giorgetti has written various articles about insurance law and authored several chapters of books about Italian insurance and reinsurance law. He has also authored the book “Il contenzioso di Massa in Italia, Europa e nel Mondo”, which focuses on class action and collective redress. He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
