About Amy Herbert

Amy Herbert is a solicitor in Fieldfisher Ireland LLP’s renewable energy team. In particular, she acts for a number of the firm’s renewable energy clients in relation to corporate aspects of their projects, and has experience advising clients in relation to the development and financing of renewable energy projects in Ireland (eg, onshore and offshore wind farms, solar farms) and in respect of the regulatory framework applicable to such projects. Amy has specific experience carrying out legal due diligence of commercial and property agreements in respect of renewable energy projects, on behalf of developers and funders of such projects.
