Laura Retegan is a managing associate of Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners and has over 16 years of professional experience in litigation, focusing on civil litigation, commercial and banking disputes, reorganisation and insolvency. Her areas of expertise also include a wide range of disputes with professionals, in the field of civil or corporate law, disputes arising from enforcement procedures, contentious administrative procedures, as well as projects concerning referral to the Court of Justice of the European Union by the preliminary ruling procedure. Laura has a PhD in law from the Faculty of Law, Babeș-Bolyai University.
