Viorica Clima is a senior associate at Zamfirescu Racoți Vasile & Partners. Her main area of practice is dispute resolution, having over five years’ experience in both corporate and consumer disputes. She advises national and international companies on civil and commercial litigation, and offers expert advice on dispute matters related to insolvency, enforcement and debt collection. More recently, Viorica has focused on projects involving the recovery of non-performing loans for major international financial institutions, as well as the recovery of receivables for major clients in the real estate investment and development sector, in enforcement and insolvency proceedings.
