About Darcy H. Kishida

Darcy H. Kishida serves as counsel at Kojima Law Offices and is a registered foreign lawyer in Japan. He advises clients on cross-border matters, including international business transactions, international litigation, arbitration, corporate matters and employment issues. Mr Kishida also works closely with Japanese and overseas clients to support them as they navigate legal and business issues involving Japan. He is admitted to practice in Hawaii, New York, and the District of Columbia. Prior to his work at Kojima Law Offices, Mr Kishida served as a litigator in the United States.
