About Naoki Takahashi

Naoki Takahashi is a partner at Kojima Law Offices and focuses his practice on cross-border disputes, trade law, international investment law and international corporate matters. He previously served on secondment to Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, where he worked on economic partnership and trade policy matters. Mr Takahashi is secretary general and a director of the Japan Association of Arbitrators. He is admitted to practice in Japan and New York, and has represented clients in international arbitration under the rules of both the ICC and JCAA. He has also served as counsel in high-profile Japan-US cross-border litigation.
