About Geoff Busch

Geoff Busch is a partner at Anderson Lloyd and heads the firm’s banking and finance team. He has particular expertise in acquisition, project, corporate, structured and property finance and debt capital markets transactions. Geoff regularly acts for international and domestic banks, financial institutions and borrowers/issuers on high-profile transactions across a range of sectors. He also provides general banking and finance advice, including advising on debt restructuring and insolvency and financial services regulatory issues. Geoff has practiced for 30 years in Auckland, London and Sydney, and became a law firm partner in 2004.
