About Dan Williams

Dan Williams is a partner in Anderson Lloyd’s real estate team, advising on all aspects of property law, with a particular focus on assisting clients with forestry acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use developments, commercial and industrial leasing, and overseas investment into New Zealand. Dan has played a lead role in some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex real estate transactions in recent years, including large-scale forest acquisitions and new town centre developments. He is an Accredited Specialist of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.
