About Kerry O’Donnell

Kerry O’Donnell is a specialist property law partner at Anderson Lloyd, with an expert focus in property development. With nearly 20 years’ experience in this field, she has been involved in some iconic developments in the Southern Lakes region, particularly large residential subdivisions, golf resorts and hotel/managed apartment complexes. She has extensive experience in property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, contracting, leasing, financing and subdivision structuring. Kerry has most recently been involved in assisting private property developers on the implementation of a new township development, together with a development agreement with the local authority for 3-Waters infrastructure installation. She served a number of terms on the New Zealand Law Society Property Law Section committee and is a member of the Property Council.
