About Kerry O’Donnell

Kerry O’Donnell is a specialist property law partner at Anderson Lloyd, with an expert focus in property development. With nearly 20 years’ experience in this field, she has been involved in some iconic developments in the Southern Lakes region, particularly large residential subdivisions, golf resorts and hotel/managed apartment complexes. She has extensive experience in property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, contracting, leasing, financing and subdivision structuring. Kerry has most recently been involved in assisting private property developers on the implementation of Special Housing Areas, a new township development, and numerous government property portfolio developments. She is also a committee member in the Otago Chapter of the Property Council.
