About Lauren Whitehead

Lauren Whitehead is a partner at Anderson Lloyd and specialises in infrastructure and construction projects, having moved back into private practice after four years at KiwiRail (recently as acting general counsel). Since 2007, she has advised on construction and projects (including PPPs while at Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney) across a variety of sectors such as rail, roading, housing, telecommunications, defence, and other social infrastructure (prisons, social housing and waste management). In addition to her front-end work, Lauren has advised on dispute resolution – including class actions and mass torts – and she is a trained mediator in New York and Australia.
