About Lauren Whitehead

Lauren Whitehead is a partner at Anderson Lloyd where she specialises in infrastructure and construction transactions, having recently moved back into private practice after four years at KiwiRail (including most recently as acting general counsel). Lauren has more than 15 years’ experience in construction and projects work (including PPPs) across a variety of sectors such as rail, roading, housing, telecommunications, defence, and other social infrastructure (eg, prisons and waste management). In addition to her front-end work, Lauren has also advised on dispute resolution – including class actions and mass torts – and trained as a mediator in New York and Australia.
