About Steve O’Dea

Steve O’Dea is a special counsel and a specialist in infrastructure and construction transactions, project delivery and dispute resolution. For more than a decade, he has advised on transactions, project management, and disputes in a range of commercial sectors in multiple jurisdictions, including major energy and infrastructure projects, construction, PPPs, corporate and commercial matters, and IP and technology matters. Steve relocated from London in 2017 to join Anderson Lloyd’s commercial team. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and New Zealand, and is a member of the Society of Construction Law New Zealand.
