About Romain Berthon

Romain Berthon is a partner in the Paris and Casablanca offices of LPA-CGR avocats. He has significant experience in real estate, M&A and competition law, and has practised for more than 18 years, particularly in Africa, where he has worked in Algeria, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Morocco and Nigeria. His clientele is institutional and includes owners, users and professionals. In real estate, he works on a variety of assets, including offices, shopping malls, clinics, property complexes, schools, hotels, industrial and residential. He assists clients in structuring transactions from land acquisition through to the design and construction of property and its final sale or use. Romain has recently developed advanced expertise in the offshoring industry and competition law.
