Ibrahim Soumrany is a capital markets partner in the Dubai and Riyadh offices of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He advises public and private issuers and investment banks on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including equity offerings and debt offerings. Ibrahim has extensive experience in advising on transactions across a number of jurisdictions in the Middle East, the US and Europe.
