Christos O. Ioannides is co-managing partner at LLPO Law Firm, with 21+ years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, legal consultancy and advocacy. He advises corporate, governmental and private clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and regulatory matters, including complex domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience spans several sectors, including financial services, energy, investment structures and regulated entities. Christos has advised the European Investment Bank, the European Commission and public institutions on commercial, corporate and financial matters, including legislative and regulatory projects.
