Nicole Chrysanthou is a junior associate at LLPO Law Firm with three years’ experience in the firm’s corporate advisory and M&A practice. She works on corporate, financing and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate governance. Her experience includes working with local and international clients on cross-border transactions and corporate structures, as well as financial services and regulatory matters. She also has experience in matters involving foundations and trusts, with a particular interest in their structuring, administration and governance. Her regulatory experience includes advising on EU sanctions against Russia and their implications for corporate and transactional matters.
