About Fatima Alali

Fatima Alali is a partner and head of the corporate and M&A team at Hassan Radhi & Associates, as well as a certified arbitrator. She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and has led numerous legal due diligence exercises. Her experience includes the incorporation of various types of companies, including financial institutions licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, as well as M&A, corporate restructurings and liquidations.
