About Hasan Sanad

Hasan Sanad is an associate at Hassan Radhi & Associates admitted before the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs in Bahrain. He advises on corporate and banking matters, including corporate structuring, regulatory compliance and banking transactions. Hasan has assisted with due diligence, mergers and transaction documentation. He also drafts and reviews commercial agreements and supports civil litigation matters as part of the firm’s corporate team. Hasan is a co-author of Doing Business in Bahrain.
