About Hassan Alkoofi

Hassan Alkoofi has been an associate at the firm since 2018 and admitted as a practising lawyer since 2019. Hassan holds a master's degree in professional legal practice from the University of Law, United Kingdom (2018) and a bachelor of laws degree from Leeds Beckett University (2016). Hassan’s practice is general, with a focus on banking and finance, capital markets, corporate restructuring, corporate law, bankruptcy law and data protection. Hassan recently published articles on insolvency and bankruptcy for the World Bank.
