About Noor Radhi

Noor Radhi is the deputy senior partner at Hassan Radhi & Associates. She has been admitted as a practising lawyer since 2000 and before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court since 2012. Noor holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the School of Oriental & African Studies, University of London (2006) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Kent (1999). Noor heads the banking and finance team at the firm and is a member of the Lex Mundi network and the IBA, and has worked on financial restructuring transactions as well as liquidations (voluntary and involuntary). She has also made a presentation on the new Bankruptcy Law at a Lex Mundi event, and recently published an article on insolvency for the World Bank.
