About Sayed Mohsin Al Alawi

Sayed Mohsin Al Alawi is a partner and head of the dispute resolution and litigation practice at Hassan Radhi & Associates. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has represented local, regional and international clients in complex commercial disputes, litigation, arbitration and regulatory proceedings across a wide range of sectors, including banking and finance, construction, real estate, insurance, investment, healthcare and transportation. Mr Al Alawi is a registered arbitrator with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and holds a Professional Certificate in FIDIC Contracts. He was admitted as a practising lawyer in Bahrain in 2007, and in 2019 was admitted to appear before Bahrain’s Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court.
