About Jakob Skafte-Pedersen

Jakob Skafte-Pedersen is a partner at Moalem Weitemeyer and head of the firm’s corporate M&A and private equity practice. He advises some of Denmark’s largest companies and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Jakob has been involved in several of the most significant and complex transactions in the Danish market in recent years. He holds an MBA from Oxford University and previously worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Olswang Solicitors, London.
