About Morten Krogsgaard

Morten Krogsgaard heads Moalem Weitemeyer’s banking and finance practice and is a member of the firm’s board of directors. With more than 25 years of experience in domestic, cross-border and international finance, he advises Danish and international lenders and borrowers on large finance transactions, including investment grade lending, acquisition financing, project financing (renewable), asset financing, debt capital markets, structured financing and regulatory capital. Before joining Moalem Weitemeyer in 2023, he led the finance and capital market practice at another Danish law firm, where he became a partner in 2008.
