About Pernille Nørkær

Pernille Nørkær is a partner at Moalem Weitemeyer and heads the firm’s Disputes & Investigations practice, advising on disputes and regulatory risk with a particular focus on challenges arising from M&A transactions. She has rights of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and extensive experience in merger control and competition law matters, including multi-jurisdictional filings and negotiations with competition authorities. She also leads the firm’s FDI work, guiding clients through foreign investment control screenings, review processes and filings to help secure approvals and deal certainty.
