About Jen Lee

Jen Lee is an associate in the Hong Kong intellectual property and technology team. Jen advises local and international corporations in fintech, digital assets and technology sectors on commercial, transactional and regulatory matters. Her current practice focuses on regulatory licensing and compliance advice in relation to digital assets, financial services and emerging technologies, as well as on securities law and token structuring advice for investment advisers, crypto-asset exchanges, custodians and issuers. Jen supported the DLA Piper team that advised the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) on the creation of its virtual asset specific regulatory framework.
