About Nicola de Sylva

Nicola de Sylva is a legal director based in DLA Piper's Abu Dhabi office and has more than 18 years' experience. She has been working in the region since 2013 and has extensive real estate experience, having been involved in a range of acquisition, divestment, project development, design build and lease agreements, commercial and retail leasing transactions; project developments (including community/strata titling, mixed-use developments, retail, industrial and office premises); subdivisions; and the development and establishment of hotels and serviced apartments.
