About Marcela Correa

Marcela Correa is a partner at Basch & Rameh, whose practice focuses on asset-based finance. She assists banks, export credit agencies, lessors and air companies on a wide range of financing transactions, and has also assisted foreign and Brazilian clients on matters unrelated to aviation, including transactions in which they acted as borrowers or lenders in syndicated loans, cross-border offering of debt and equity securities, project finance, securitisation and other financing transactions. She holds a Graduate Degree in Business Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO), Brazil, and earned an LLM in International Business Law from the London School of Economics.
