About Marcela Correa

Marcela Correa is a partner at Basch & Rameh, whose practice focuses on asset-based finance. She assists banks, export credit agencies, lessors and air companies on a wide range of financing transactions, and has also assisted foreign and Brazilian clients on matters unrelated to aviation, acting as borrowers or lenders in syndicated loans, cross-border offering of debt and equity securities, project finance, securitisation and other financing transactions. She holds a Graduate Degree in Business Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica from Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO), Brazil, and earned an LLM in International Business Law from the London School of Economics.
