About Laryssa Perkins

Laryssa Perkins is a senior associate in Hadef & Partners corporate team in Abu Dhabi. She is an Australian-qualified solicitor with extensive experience across a range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She most recently assisted with the IPO and ADX listing of NMDC Energy PJSC and is involved in the preparatory stages of a number of other initial public offerings in the UAE. She is also a published author having been featured in the Governance Institute of Australia’s Governance Directions Journal.
