In the area of patent law, he regularly advises leading pharmaceutical multinationals on the intersection between pharmaceuticals and patent laws, infringement proceedings, data protection, patent linkage, and local legal compliance with international law. He has also served as an Assistant Director in the Pakistan IP Office. He has an LLM in IP Law from WIPO-Academy, University of Turin.
