Kenneth Figueroa Kenneth Figueroa is a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the International Litigation and Arbitration Practice. His expertise covers international litigation and arbitration, international commercial arbitration, investor-state arbitration, public international law litigation, infrastructure and construction and energy. He represents clients, including private and state-owned companies and foreign states, before US federal courts and international arbitral tribunals, including those established under the auspices of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). He has been recognised as one of Latin America’s “Top 100 Lawyers” by Latinvex. He is a member of the American Society of International Law and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration and is a member of the Advisory Council of the ICCA/ASIL Task Force on Damages. He is also an officer of the North American Forum of the International Bar Association. He regularly writes for industry publications and is frequently invited to speak on the topic of arbitration.
