About Chloe Challinor

Chloe Challinor is a partner in Burges Salmon’s dispute resolution department. Focused on aviation and aerospace matters, she has nearly 20 years of experience and is recognised as a leading lawyer in the UK (Aviation: Dispute Resolution – Chambers 2025). Chloe represents clients from across the aerospace industry in cross-border commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement action, and judicial reviews and inquiries before the UK courts, in addition to advising on regulatory matters. She holds an Advanced LLM in Air and Space Law from Leiden University, Netherlands and is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the International Aerospace Womens Association (IAWA).
