About Oana Palita

Oana Palita co-leads Eversheds Sutherland Romania’s employment practice, and is the partner in charge of handling employment matters for leading clients and household names. For more than a decade, she has advised international and local clients on day-to-day employment matters, such as contract negotiation, performance management and disciplinary conduct management. She also provides guidance to international clients on implementing company-wide reorganisation procedures, and advises clients on C-Suite exits as well as on navigating bargaining negotiation and unionisation initiatives. Oana’s recent experience includes advising clients on aligning global DE&I policies and practices with the completely overhauled Romanian anti-harassment legislation.
