About Patrick Wooten

Patrick Wooten is a shareholder of Duffy & Young, who has a broad civil litigation practice, with a focus on business litigation, complex commercial litigation, probate litigation, and trust and estates litigation. Patrick has represented plaintiffs and defendants in probate-related disputes in state and federal courts, including cases with high stakes and complex issues. Patrick is on the board of the South Carolina Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, former president of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division, a Fellow of the American Bar Association, and a graduate of the Riley Institute Diversity Leaders Initiative.
