About Micah King

Micah King is a shareholder at Winstead and focuses on land use and real estate development law for developers and lenders. As a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Austin and via subsequent work throughout the state, he has gained valuable experience in governmental affairs and works collaboratively to resolve complicated local governmental issues. He has worked throughout Texas on entitlements and due diligence for billions of dollars’ worth of P3 and private projects, including housing, public infrastructure, light industrial and data centre developments.
