With over 22 years of experience, Lucian concentrates on corporate and competition law in the areas of M&A and greenfield projects across a range of industries, including healthcare, energy, banking, IT, natural resources, retail, chemicals, courier services, media, automotive and food. He regularly advises leading international and local corporations, financial institutions and public entities on commercial operations and investment projects. His experience encompasses PPP/concessions, life sciences, state aid, employment and compliance, as well as software-related agreements with significant exposure to EU matters.
