About Monica Iancu

Monica Iancu is a partner at Bondoc si Asociații and is highly experienced in the development and regulation of energy projects across the entire value chain, from generation to supply, transmission and distribution. She is one of the few lawyers in Romania with expertise in all energy fields. She has a diverse transactional background, having acted in prominent transactions advising leading domestic and international energy companies on mergers, acquisitions, privatisations and alliances, as well as on regulatory issues. Monica also has particular interest in energy transition and has acted on complex, first-in-market transactions. She is significantly involved in digitally driven energy projects in the context of the Green Deal/REPowerEU.
