She advises on complex foundation, trust and private client matters involving international clients and entrepreneurs with Isle of Man structures. Her advice includes applications to the High Court in respect of international freezing injunctions and trust disputes. Annemarie also has a strong focus on international tax investigations, including TIEA requests and liaising with the Isle of Man tax authorities. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (board of STEP Isle of Man) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and has published widely on legal issues pertaining to onshore and offshore trusts.
