He advises banks and international groups in various financing transactions (including acquisition, real estate and structured finance). Frédéric also has relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions. He has been a member of the Bar of Brussels since 1995 and joined Eubelius in 2018. Prior to joining Eubelius, Frédéric co-headed the banking and finance practice of another international law firm. In 2007 he was seconded at the law firm Slaughter and May in London. Frédéric received his law degree from the University of Louvain (UCL) in 1994. He is the author of various articles in the field of banking and finance.
